AJ facing pre-flop raise

READS: UTG+1 was kinda loose and could call down with inferior hands. MP2 was kinda tight pre-flop, but kinda weak post-flop and would tend to fold hands on the flop if he caught no part of it.

Reads notwithstanding, I still feel like I'm wasting money on plays like this, not to mention opening myself up to bluffs on the end (like here?).

I don't like the turn bet, at some point you need to slow down, and the turn looks like a place for that. Not much you can really do here besides check the turn, fold river.

I think AJo is a fold pf against a raise, if u really think MP2 is tight, you could be easily dominated and if u catch your ace your in a rough position, rest is fine though, i dont believe we're good w/ A high at the end either, fold seems fine

I'd fold preflop (since MP1 is tight) and check behind on the turn.

I'd fold this preflop if your read on MP2 is correct. If UTG+1 wasn't in already, I think a 3-bet is fine. I'd probably 3-bet a wide range of hands against MP2 in that spot, since MP2 is weak.

As it is, I don't really see a problem with your postflop play. I like betting the turn more often than checking behind, although I do both depending on the opponent.

I check behind here on the turn. The free card probably helps you more than it helps them.

Throw it away preflop unless he's known to be a loose raiser, or he's raising first in and you think he's capable of lowering his raising standards.

What was your thinking on the PFR here?

There aren't that many hands that you would expect a "normal" player to be raising with that you are going to be excited to see. But, there are a lot that you are going to most definitely be unhappy to see. As others have said, this is normally a muck unless you have a specific read on MP2.

Fold this hand preflop, MP2 has you dominated. I'm not 3 betting AJo unless there's a LAG behind the raise.
