I play it the just like this FWIW. The damn overpush crap on the river leaves you scratching your head. Quite possibly a busted draw, but no way we can call and find out of course. Make a "probably full of [censored]" note and get ready for some pushin.

I would raise it to 250 at least preflop, 225 just seems to be giving way too good of odds to any random hand that the BB could be holding.

After he calls your check calls your continuation bet on an ace high flop though I think it is wise to be done with the hand.

hehe, you said deep stacks.

looks fine, though my standard raise pf is usually 250 there. post-flop looks fine.

That river push is akward. Probably not an ace but maybe a pair in the hole? I don't think you can call that without a good read.
