it's a pot builder(aka max rake generator). it works differently in different locations...

in biloxi, when the game starts this large rock goes in the middle, the winner of the hand gets the rock. when the player with the rock is UTG, they place the rock in the middle again, and straddle. it moves around the table this way and creates crazy action

Is this the best cardroom in the Biloxi/Gulfport area to play at? How many different card rooms are there in Biloxi anyways?
