Default AA flush draw on the turn facing a big bet

$400NL on eurobet

I open pretty lightly at this level. This time though I ($420) open to $12 UTG with black aces. SB ($350) is "the bear", good player, good friend and knows me well. He calls, BB($350ish) calls.

flop is 4c 5d Jc. Bear leads $15, BB thinks a minute and calls, I make it $65 to go (he knows I'll do this with several hands), they both call. Turn is 9c and Bear leads $180 into a $220ish pot. I decide I have either 11 or 7 outs and fold. Is there any chance I'm winning?
