Default folding K high flush

What do you think about it?


Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Hero ($25)
MP ($14.45)
CO ($22.4)
Button ($13.4)
SB ($20.83)
BB ($50.3)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.25. SB posts a blind of $0.1.
Hero (poster) checks, MP calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, MP folds, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $2</font>, Hero calls $1.

fold preflop

i don't like the fold. he has a lower flush or naked 9 here most of the time. i'd call and let him bet at me on the river.

The minbet-reraise on this kind of flop generally suggests two pair or a set, so the combination of the board pairing and a turn checkraise makes this a good fold on your part.

I think you need a read to do it. BB could easily have a smaller flush, particularly as he's playing out of the blind in an unraised pot.

Why did you post UTG?

Folding a posted out of position blind to no raise would be horrible.

Posting UTG is pretty bad, too, but, given that it happened....

i've started playing recently, so i have many leaks. : (

if i'd call turn rerase and get faced whith push on the river[e.g. 2/3 pot] - easy fold?
