Question for Mr. Malmuth, It's a fact you've probably written one of the best if not the best books on texas hold'em currently in print right now. However after reading both your books I still wonder confidentily about some choices i make in some games. Is there any book you can recommend with sample situations to test the knowledge I've learned from your books?
