Default Video Burning - Using TMPGenc to convert to mpeg files for VCD Easy

Okay, I am trying to clear up some space on my computer so I need to start burning some of my video onto DVD and VCD. I am trying to put some of my divx and avi movies onto VCD. I have spent all afternoon on various vdeo sites and I have all of the necessary tools.

I have TMPGenc to convert my divx, avi, etc. files to an mpeg file to burn onto a cd using VCDEasy. When I use TMPgenc, however - no matter what file I try to input it says "file cannot open, or unspported"

Does anyone have experience with this? I would really appreciate some help.

Thanks,
GS

Try MainConcept MPEG Encoder... I had better results with that than with TMPGEnc.
