While this is a pretty horrible beat, I think you might have played the hand the same way. He had trip jacks, probably thought you were playing into him, not the other way around. It's a bad beat, but all I'm saying is you can't really fault the player. Most of the time I get pissed with a bad beat only if the person that did it played the hand like a total moron and got lucky, like in a tourny a friend of mine calling my all in thinking it's a bluff with ace high and hitting runners for a straight, that kind of [censored]... but this is pretty bad.

In fairness, he did have 7 outs when he called your $27.50 ([img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]) raise on the turn. Plus a lot of people have trouble laying down a hand like trips.
