Default bottom boat facing huge overbet

Villain in this hand is a loose-passive/aggressive player, 60/4.88/4, went to showdown 25% of the time and won 38% of those. I only have 80 hands on him though. I hadn't really noticed much from him though. He is obviously bad, reraising with poor hands in small pots, but he was slowing down when called. So what do you guys do?

I call here and expect to see villain with 67. With no paint on the board, I do not fold my boat here.

Do you like folding sets?

Well... I really didn't know what to do, sometimes I call these overbets but I was already losing for the session and maybe that caused me to be a bit shy. I figured I only had 23$ in and I didn't want to be down 500$ if I make a bad call here, so I folded. Villain turns over 97 and takes it down. =\ Why he didn't reraise me on the flop is beyond me. Terrible mistake by me.
