Default bad JJ push?

ok, read on villian is that he is loose aggressive, and plays small pairs like aces.

terrible push, here's why:

the only time he'll call you, you lose like 99% of the time.

Him raising preflop can easily be a Queen and if he calls, you lose.

I would have much rather just bet half the pot or so.

ok, i guess a little bit of explaining is needed here, and maybe the push is still wrong....
i have notes on villian from previous games where i wasn't impressed by low pocket pair play
i usually just call here at 22's and hope to trip up and double
but i intentionally reraise here knowing 95% of the time i have him preflop, and then push on the same read.... do you push w/ this read or still half pot?

well if you're so confident you have him preflop, like I said, I would just half-pot bet the flop and see what he does. You have a solid hand, but don't overplay jacks here.

Fish can still win
