Default check raising bottom pair from the blind

My thinking was that was the button bet could be a draw or perhaps nothing at all. The plan was to C/R to hopefully folding the feild, which I figured he would call with about anything bet the turn and check call any non spade river. Anything out of line with that?

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP calls, 1 fold, Button calls, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP checks, Button bets, Hero raises, BB folds, MP folds, Button calls.

Turn: (4 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls.

River: (6 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls.

Final Pot: 8 BB

nice river and a great hand to showdown

i think you played it crap

when you put chips in pre-flop it should of been on the basis that you needed to hit an obvious draw or better to put more chips in - you could extend some of that equity you presumed pre-flop to the odd adventure or steal but this is way too much adventure and stealing 4 handed in a game where they call too much is usually a frustrating death

Pot is small and you are out of postion with weak hand, I would have check-folded this.
