suspended neteller account?

I tried to log into my neteller account and found is suspended with a number to call. I have'nt been doing anything wrong. Do they just suspend an account for no reason other than a security check?

did you log in from a vacation that is a long way from home? sometimes they will do it for that reason.

I assume you have done nothing wrong.
I assume you have checked that the phone number is legit (they do list numbers on their website).
I assume you will call them.
I assume you will let us know the outcome.

THis has happened to me twice in the last few months. Once when I logged in from MS instead of OH where I live and once when I logged in from Mexico on the PPM. Call them and everything will be fine. They might call you back to just make sure that the phone number is real though.

yeah i will do. The thing is iv never tried to log in to my account from any other computer except this one. So im wandering why they done it. Unless someone else has tried to log into my account from else where. Ill let you know the outcome.

That's possible.

They will automatically lock it the first time you use Instacash... maybe that's what happened?
