Excel Problem- Saved changes by mistake

I deleted a few pages in one of my excel spreedsheet book and I accidently saved it. There has got to be some type of save log or something so I can reaccess the previous save point? I'm going to be pretty pissed if Microsoft has all these dumb bells and whistles but without any save points.


Any help would be greatly appreciated,
