Check the flop. If villain doesn't bet, you may eventually have to.

There's a thread about this in the NL forum I think.
I thought it was even linked to from the FAQ but I can't find it at the moment.

Anyone got a linky?

I'd probably check the flop and the turn and hope that someone catches a piece of the flop/turn/river, otherwise I guess put in a small bet that you're sure will be called.

I have to disagree on the small bet. Definitely check the flop, and turn. Go all-in on river, if you dont get called, vocalize your pleasure of not getting called to bluff a bluff! Maybe next time you get a super strong hand they will call you on your all in, you may also get called if someone did hit a pair thinking you are bluffing a missed board.

Ugh, you guys are SO simple minded. Lead out with a bet that appears to be a continuation/probe bet. He'll be thinking to himself "he doesn't have a King, if he had a King, why would he bet????"

He'll push with his pocket 10's, guaranteed, w00t!

p.s. You could push all-in too, make it look like you don't want to be called. This is if you're against a thinking player who you believe might try to play sherriff against you.

Then again, most of the time a slowplay so they can catch up a little is the best option. But being tricky by betting can throw them off too.

I like both a t200 continuation bet or just checking and betting out t200 on the turn, more times than not A high will call the t200 on the turn even if a blank hits or better yet reraise you.

Tough spot to be in, unless he has a medium to high pocket pair you aren't getting much out of this. I'm stuck between making a continuation sized bet (who would bet a king there) and checking and letting him catch up. The problem with checking and coming alive later is that it gives away your hand while betting out disguises it but risks getting no more money.

Yes, I hate flopping quad Kings myself, much better to flop a hand that's more disguised. With two Kings on the flop, they'll surely know you have quads and fold anything.
