$925 per month, +30 bucks in water.
2nd floor (but on a hill, so kinda first floor, an atheltic person could scale my balcony) one bedroom apartment in downtown/first hill Seattle.
In unit washer/dryer.

If it wasn't on the ground floor it would be perfect for me.

Take it to another thread, jackass.

PS-You are wrong in some cases

I'd like to hear your reasoning if you take affordability (or lack thereof) out of the equation.

Limited time is a big one. If you're staying somewhere for a year or even two and the market is ridiculously inflated and so forth you might be better off renting than gambling on buying.

You might also want to rent for a few months while figuring out the local real estate market, finding suitable houses etc.

Basically, it's pretty ignorant to say there are no valid reasons for renting.
