What are the odds?

Let's say I'm playing poker online. Before each hand, I thoroughly shuffle a deck of real cards. What are the odds that the top two cards in the deck will be the same rank and suit as the cards I'm dealt online?

52(51) if you count suits and order

52(51)/2 if no order.

should be obvious why.
