 Could I have gotten more bets out of my opponents? I was thinking about raising the turn, but I was hoping to drag more people in by just calling and raising the river. Any Thoughts?

Yeah raise the turn. I'd love to collect bets from all the dead draws out there. If everyone misses their draws, your river raise won't collect much.

True, I was lucky enough to have the river card help a few of my opponents allowing them to call 2-cold

I'd raise the turn. It's unlikely that the fish will fold their draw for 2 cold... plus you may get MP1 to three bet. Rasing the turn is probally the most +EV play, but your line also has it's merits
