My thinking now, my hand was pretty week on the flop, and I probably should have tried to bet to win it right there. Not sure about my turn play, really thought she hand Ax.

What are you trying to do to me bison?

Sorry guys I cant get the converter to work on this.

Hand 2

First hand in and I posted a BB

Dealt to beavis68 [6h 8h]
beavis68: checks and 3 others call to the BB
BB raised, and I call - 5BB (10SB) total in the pot.
*** FLOP *** [5c 9s 2c]
The BB bets - all call I know I only have 3 clean outs, but this pot seems pretty juicy, and I figure the betting will tell me if anyone has the flush if it hits.
Total pot - 7.5 BB
*** TURN *** [5c 9s 2c] [7c]
BB bets again, I raise, one caller, BB just calls.

13.5BB in the pot.
*** RIVER *** [5c 9s 2c 7c] [9c]
Crap, fourth club - well do you feel lucky punk?
BB bets again - I call and pray, LP raises, BB just calls, I fold - knowing when I am beaten.
*** SHOW DOWN ***
LP: shows [8s Ac] (a flush, Ace high)
LP collected $1.85 from pot

*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $1.85 | Rake $0
Board [5c 9s 2c 7c 9c]

Seat 5big blind) mucked [Ah Qc] - a flush, Queen high
Seat 1: LP showed [8s Ac] and won ($1.85) with a flush, Ace high

If you C/R the flop in hand 1, you've got to bet out in hand 2. I'd be very concerned about the reraise from MP3 on the turn, and your river bet is beyond me. Bottom 2 pair is strong, but not strong enough to get into a raising war/all-out aggro with it.

reading results ....

I figured as much. Even with your read, 'x' has four other chances to pair up and beat you.

Looking back, there's really no point in checking this flop. Anyone with an ace will pay you off, or even raise, and you don't want anyone holding a pair to draw to a bigger two pair. If another spade falls, you're dead, further placing importance on betting out. A bet on the flop might've gotten MP3 to fold.
