Downtown. I don't drive much though, and I usually fill up in Owings Mills where I work, it's usually a good 20 cents cheaper there.

I kinda agree with you...

But it's simple economics. They keep raising prices but consumption does not go down. This is a supplier's dream, charge more and see no decrease in sales volume. Why not raise the prices more to see how high they can get it?

Someone pointed out to me the price of motor oil has stayed relatively flat. I find this a bit odd.
