The "office" ruling is a tie because of the absence of a tiebreaker rule.

Why would you say that...I don't understand...why would 5 of a kind not beat 4 tens with an Ace kicker?

cuz the guy who said it is a moron...

7's are wild everyone, so they all have 5 of a kind tens. it's a 3-way split unless there was a tiebreaker established before hand. if not, the pot splits 3-ways or can be carried over to the next week where only those 3 players can compete for that section of the pot -- a "sidepot" if you will with their next weeks numbers being their hands.
