Close/reopen account on UB?

Searching through the archives, a lot of people seemed to have done this with success. But there were like 2-3 people that mentioned being banned for life or being stuck with their original affiliate even on the new acct.

Can anyone who has been banned or had problems with reopening accounts respond with details?

And would anyone who is successfully using a new account mind saying if you used ALL new info, or if you're still using the same Neteller (w/ new address, email, etc.)?

Edit: If an affiliate knows specifics, or can point to anything in the user agreement about being banned, that'd help too.

This is that I did.
Cashed out from UB
when the cashout hit Neteller I changed my UB email address to a different address.
I then signed up under an affaliate.
Used the email addy associated with my neteller account and changed my name slightly (I used my middle initial which I didn't use in my original sign up).
So far so good, I have been playing and accumulating rakeback according to my affaliate.

1) Did you change your mailing address at all?
2) How long did you wait to sign up the new account?
