Default Really tough hand

50/1 NL on Royal Vegas
First hand I play, so no reads
Hero has Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in BB
Preflop: UTG (appx $70) limps, folds to SB who completes and I ($100) check.
Flop (pot $3): K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
SB checks, I bet 3, UTG calls, SB folds.
Turn (Pot $9): A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
GREAT! I now have the nuts and he WASN'T drawing to a better flush. Hero leads out for $5, he calls.
River(Pot: $19) 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero bets $12, he pushes for about $59 more, Hero ?!?!

What would be the standard play here? The only things that I remembered from the hand are that the villian called the bets very quickly and pushed equally fast.

I think you might be up against a boat with deuces in this case. On the river your hand goes from the nuts to the 7th best nuts... big drop. I think you have to lay it down and give him credit for the boat.

In the heat of the moment, I call this, but the more I think about it, the more I don't know. I would still call this, though not by much anymore. BTW, I tend to see monsters. And dead people, but that is a whole different hobby than poker...

Edit: Sometimes I weird myself out.

Tough to tell with no history on the guy but the only hand that makes sense to me would be A9. A flopped set of 2's would be possible but most people would raise because of the flush possibility. Either way I would say fold.
