The best book is Mike Caro's classic Book of Tells. It's also available on video.

+1 for Caro's book. Very worth the pick up. although I havent read any other "tell" books.

I wholeheartedly agree. Dan Harrington recommends Caro's book in Harrington on Hold 'Em. I found it very useful as well.

Nowadays I'm beginning to wonder how many people have read the book, thereby messing up my play.

i might be biting on false tells. Also, i give out false tells, but i sometime wonder if it's backfiring, because they know what i'm doing.
