Ah, so Stars and Paradise are probably going to be the only sites that do NOT allow rakeback even though they have affiliate programs?

Sorry. Stars has a very small CPA affiliate program but no MGR. They don't even advertise having an affiliate program like most other sites do. I was thinking in terms of rakeback when I answered the first time. In addition to Paradise and Pokerstars most of the other large sites do not condone rakeback.

I think my threads got crossed or else i mucked up and replied to the wrong ones.
You cannot get rakeback on Paradise either as they do not offer individual trackers and it is against there sites policy.
