No, you don't owe this guy anything. But you owe Party $50, and you owe me $5 for reading this.

Cancel out the dealings with the minor scumbag, and it looks like you owe Party the $50, not the minor scumbag. Of course, it may be a little difficult to give back, you may just want to donate to a charity or something.

No way in hell you should give another $50 to the Minor Scumbag, however.

Seems like the best idea i've heard in this thread.

Fold pre-flop. And by that I mean, why on earth would you "lend" someone cash?

God people are so stupid. That being said give Party it's money back. I would send them ONE email explaining the situation, then if you get back a typical lol Party customer support email then keep it.

I'll fold preflop everytime in the future.

I didn't LEND money though. He transfered first, then I transfered. A week later, I go to cash out, and they are basically freezing the $50 he gave me cause he was a dirtbag.

I didn't realize Party could/would do that. I was more pissed that my account was associated with said dumbass more than anything. Next thing you know they're freezing your account and you never know.

A little over a week or so ago, some guy came onto another message board I frequent

Am I the only one who wondered why he's reading other message boards?

I post hands and read hand histories here for feedback on my play. The other site is a small, tight-knit group who I basically socialize with and play tournaments with.

they don't wipe their asses with $50. They wipe their ass with $1,000 and if some accidentally gets on their hand or under their nails, they wipe that out with $50.
