streaks are not something you simply 'believe' exist. it is fact. look at your own hand histories. what is misleading about this assertion though is that the existence of a streak in no way predicates the behavior of the upcoming hands. streaks are identifiable only in retrospect and are entirely coincidental and should not be used as predictive tools. (note: it is possible to play a streak in so far as you play off how your opponents perceptions of you adjust as you are on a hot streak, but this is playing your opponents more than the streak)
If you think because you have won 4 hands in a row you have to play your next hand no matter what, you are leaking money. -k_squared
