Build my own poker computer

I wanted to build my own poker computer on which I can run 4x 2001FPs. I have heard that I should have two disk drives, one to run poker tracker, and one to run the OS.

Do I also need two Dual DVI video cards?

How much RAM should I get? IGB?

Would a standard AMD 64 CPU be enough?

Anything else I need to know?
