we all can't deny that we love watching people play hands, we hate b.s and we hate corny announcers who are clueless...I think if a show just showed hands being played out(and lots of them) we would watch...

So what you are saying is that if the show had Mike the Mouth, Hellmuth, the loudmouth douchbag Australian, Clonie Gowen, Jen Harman, Evelyn Ng and a few others living together in a hotel and playing poker, the show would be a huge hit?

I concur.

Reality TV I would watch would be you give each contestant $500 cash and turn them loose on Vegas poker tables with the caveat that they can only eat what they earn playing at the tables. The bankroll stategy, the playing vs each other at times, the picking which game to play(and how high) would all be interesting if explained to the average Joe.
Sort of like real life Scotty Nguyen etc. Call it Real Holdem. Heck that would be like survivor since they would probably go broke soon. (They could only eat with money made during a 1 hour session)

I would prefer if you kept the contests, etc. poker related instead of other casino tasks.

1. Poker with potentially crappy players is REALLY boring, just like UltimateBet.net Whatever Crapola Tournament. TERRIBLE TV.

2. Reality shows are very popular, and I would like to see Phil Hellmuth perform "other casino tasks" like trying to get in to a nice club in a satin veneer casino jacket, or Antonio Esfandiari fighting a security guard, Barry Greenstein parking his own car, etc...

listen, you wanna do a poker show? we figured this one out in OOT a while back.

do a show like the real world, 7 internet pros live in a house together, and get on each other's nerves and [censored], while they all play poker for a living online.

oh yeah i have to be on the show

Hi Blue Monster,

I have an idea for a better poker reality show. Please PM me so I can take your job.

I thought that Phil Hellmuth was tied to the show with possibly Annie Duke involved too. Like a Poker "Apprentice" not "Survior".

Hellmuth and Duke are involved in separate poker pilots with GSN. I believe Hellmuth's is more based on "The Apprentice".

Default Worst idea ever.

Tell your boss to kill the two television producers and then himself while you videotape it. Then you can make a reality show out of that.

At 9 o'clock this evening on CBS I could have watched "The Cut" where "The eight remaining designers sell clothes out of a truck in New York to learn and experience how Tommy Hilfiger got his start in the fashion world."

Now that's a show that could never get on the air. No wait a minute. It is on the air isn't it.
