Absolute support

In fairness to Absolute Poker, I wanted to create a thread giving credit where credit is due.

I have had a problem with the software for a couple of days now, and have been in contact with support. After the intial round of "reinstall the software" emails, I was contacted by Brent and Diane (Director of Technology) at Absolute.

They have assured me of full functionality by this time tommorow, and seem sincerely concerned by the problems I have had. Very refreshing in today's world of customer service and outsourcing.

They certainly are trying harder now then they were in the site's early days. I'll give them credit for that.

But they were worse than party last spring/summer.
