Are these A-holes answering any e-mails for you guys?
Currently the only way to cash out is e-mail support@thepokerclub.com and they apparently are too busy to be concerned with their customers. They are quickly becoming my vote for worst customer service. |

hmmmmmm, I've run the $50 they gave me for downloading the software up substantially. Wonder what's next, was thinking about cashing some out.

My first e-mail to them went unanswered for 48 hours. Then I simultaneously sent this post to 2+2 and an e-mail to them with subject "ANSWER THIS EMAIL!!!"
I am happy to say that my funds arrived in my neteller account within 12 hours of making this post. |

well David, get it before it's gone but you may have to apply some pressure to get your funds, it appears to be the trend.

My fingers are crossed! I requested a cashout through neteller last night. Nice run on their $50 (if they send the money). Results to follow.

As far as I can tell the person in charge of cash outs at the poker club doesnt work on weekends. Which seems to be the case here. You requested a cashout over the weekend and it went through Monday morning, and everyone else who requested on Monday got it pretty fast.
