A funny Royal Vegas story

One of the players who frequents the BW.com forum, had the following happen to him:
He played at Royal Vegas, then cashed out. His cashout ran into all sorts of delays, resulting in about 12 calls and 30 emails to RV. 5 weeks after initiated, he finally gets his money. For his trouble, RV tells him they'll give him an extra $25. He goes to check his account to see if the $25 is there. He can't get in. Why?
