Default Can just moving all-in ever be profitable?

Hypothetical situation:
I have a friend.
Said friend is about as smart as a box of rocks.
Said friend does not mind doing mindless, boring, easy work for minimal amounts of money.
Said friend wants to make money playing poker.

If I was to put my friend on the $25 NLHE at Party, and just give him a list of hands to move all-in with, what would they be? Is there even a selection of hands that could yield something like $.50/table hour? (For the purposes of this problem, free plays in the BB can be ignored.)

What if my friend could be taught to limp with pocket pairs, and move in if he flopped a set?
