Default Removal of obstacles to having Party and \"Skin\" accounts?

Now that Party has seperated itself from the other "skins" I wonder what the new policy will be on having both Party and "Skin" accounts? Although tacitly this was always allowed, it was discouraged throught the software itself. Why would the average fish bother, with all the monkeying around, (clean computer, registry deletions etc.) to play on the same network they were already on. I can't see how this software obstacle can stay in place any longer, legally. It may be that if this barrier is removed, a fair number of little fishies will venture out of the new Party Poker kiddie pool and into deeper waters of the Skin network.
