New Computer makes Party look weird

I **KNOW** somebody here can help me. You guys are smarter than me.

I just bought a Dell Inspiron 9300 with 1920x1200 resolution. I like poker.

But now, when I play on party, there is about a 1" black border on the lower and right hand sides of the table. Is anybody familiar with this, or more pertinently, how to get rid of it?
