poker tracker and MTT\'s

Just wondering how much help it is to you guys on MTT's. I use it with game time to scout and get hands as I play. Can I get tourney hands as I play or only after with the tourny history. I can't seem to get hand (from starts tournes to show up during the tourney. Can someone tell how to get the most out of PT in MTT's on stars and party. Thanks
