Default A Very Weird Situation

Hey guys. Wondered if anyone had suggestions for this problem.

I never deposited any money into this account I have at Absolute Poker but I like to play their Freerolls. Last night I logged on and saw that there was 10 dollars in my real money account out of nowhere. So I decided to play for the hell of it.. and I've worked it up to 170 playing microlimits in 2 days lol.... (I attribute the success to these forums!).

But now when I try to cash out it says "Cashout not allowed at this time please contact cashier@absolutepoker.com"

Do you think it was a glitch and I should have no money at all? Should I deposit money and then take money out (maybe because it isnt activated). All of the money is in the actual account not a pending account so i'm unsure why it won't let me cash out. Thanks.

Maybe you have to play a certain amount of hands before you can cash out? They might also need you to send a copy of your ID to prove that you're over 18 etc. Send the an email to ask whats going on.

I doubt it's a hand requirement since I've played over 2500 hands now. Also all the money is in the actual account not any pending account (like a bonus would be). =\

Probably $10 to get you playing as a promo/bonus. I have received bonus like this from them, but all accompanied with an email. I am surprised that you did not get an email from them. DO you get regular emails from Abs?

Email support, I am sure they want to play and will set up your account so that you can withdraw.

Is you w/d being sent -- wire to bank account? a check mailed to you? a wire to nettler? a credit card?

I am sure that their support will answer any questions.

It's probably because you've never deposited before that's causing the problem.

I know some people that won money from the freerolls, and they couldn't withdraw the money until they made a real money deposit with Neteller. Then they could take it straight out.

I'm pretty sure you have to deposit $50 and keep it there for like 30 days before you can make a cash out.
