Trouble with AQo

I feel like I played this right, but I wonder if I should have been more aggressive on the flop.

I would have check raised the flop, led out betting the turn and the river. But in the end, you'd get the exact same number of bets anyways .. lol.

I didn't like that turn check, he could have been trying for a free card.

There won't be the same amt of bets in the pot cuz MP wont just call the leading bets. The villain will raise those early bets with what looks to be AK (95% sure) costing our friend more money.

My ACC colleague is in fact correct -- it was AK. Seemed like nothing was going right tonight.

I am really trying hard to work on my play of AK and AQ in early position, both when it hits and does not.

I would've put in another bet before calling down. I like a flop 3bet.
