Very confusing hand

This isn't all that hard really. Fold pre flop, KJ is so easily dominated. When UTG bets the turn, you are look at two pair at least, if not the straight. You are drawing all but dead. On the river, it sure looks like the 2 didn't make him a set, or two pair, so it's got to be a flush. You are probably 4th place in this hand.
