Even though you have an overpair, you're probably not the favorite at the flop. they might be holding a club draw or also trips, which would definitely put you at a disadvantage. I don't like the $60 reraise, it already looks like you're trying to steal (or takedown) the pot preflop which you probably were. If I saw that I would call or reraise with my 8's maybe 6's depending on how long i've been playing against you. I think you overplayed your queens and a fold would definitely be in order after 2 all-ins. 1 all-in i might call depending on opponent but 2 all-ins is to me a definite fold.

what range of hands do you think they can have at this point that makes it a clear fold? take into consideration that sb is shortstacked and utg is aggro/somewhat bad.
