Default Convince me to slowplay this flop please.

Table was the usual loose-passive. That's about it for reads so far: I thought that the board was just coordinated enough to not risk a free card (or go for a c/r) on the flop. Was my thinking off? How many long-term bets did I miss, if any?

Why slow play it? fairly big field, a totally disguised hand, etc. Most people will put you on AK before they put you on AA, let alone TT. People like to call, sometimes they just forget they do.

Raised pot with 4 opponents left. I would have expected someone would have wanted to see the turn. Also, you were the preflop raiser, so a bet from you was somewhat expected, and if you had checked, it might have gotten checked through, not a good thing. I think a bet was correct and you will do better with that play in the long run. 6BB is not a nice pot to win with TT, although I understand you would like to make more when you flop a set.

Bet the flop on a passive table. If the table is really aggro, it's possible that someone may do the raising for you, and you can slowplay for one street. But in most cases, just bet the flop. Mike Caro said once, "Your opponents want to call...Let them."

***DANGER: NEGATIVE EV PLAY BELOW***

Raise the next three hands on all streets out of spite with any two.

You're fine. Anybody that folds this flop to one bet from the PFR is going to let the flop check through and then fold when you bet the turn.

It's so easy for overcards to call this flop bet, especially at a typical loose passive table. Nice hand.
