Pokerstove users: got tips?

I'm wondering what the practical uses are for it.

What features do you use? (e.g. monte carlo, % slider for ranges, etc.)

What do you do with the information you get from it? (e.g. decide allin/fold, decide how much to bet/raise/call, etc.)

I think youd be better off posting this in the general forum or beginners forum. do a seach too im sure there are posts about this somewhere.
