Default Best Datamining Sollution

I don't datamine.... I know I should, but I don't. I've done some searches here at 2+2 but I can't seem to find the definitive recommendations how most players do their datamining.

Now that the PostGRE SQL version of PT is available I assume I should just open 4 arbitrary tables and save the data to a separate database. Then when I use Poker Ace as my HUD I allow the combination of both databases. Is my thought process correct? Is there a better method? Should I open numerous skins to get more than 4 tables at a time?

Hey TT,

I wouldn't be looking for too much software to do this for you. Partymine seems to have gone the way of the dinosaur and I told you what happened with SimpleMine. You'll probably just have to open all the skins and pick some tables.

I don't datamine. I pay someone else to do it for me. Simple solution.

Paying someone else (Poker Edge) is no longer a sollution for me, although I still use it for table selection in a jiffy.

J:

I hear using third party solutions is not the wise way to do it anymore, but from what I recall Party closes the windows after 20-30 mins of inactivity correct? What is the best method of manually data mining?

If you are going to advertise, then come right out and say it Krishan...

But since we are talking about your service, I don't think it would be as helpful since its a monthly feed rather than data mine on my own. Unless someone can prove me logically otherwise (and I am open to opinions) it just doesn't seem viable using your methodology.

It depends what you use it for. If you use it to display stats on your opponents it's very helpful. It also saves you the time you would ordinarily spend datamining. You could play with that saved time instead.
