Empire VIP question

I tried searching in the archives and on the Empire site but couldnt find this info..I am thinking about doing a couple marathon days of Empire MTT's in order to rack up my Epoints. I am wondering if a tournament starts on a Thursday night at 11pm and ends Friday at 1AM, which day is that credited to?

Others have stated that it DEFINITELY is when the tournament ends.

So if if you play an 8pm tournament and YOU get knocked out at 10pm...but the tourney goes until 1am....it still goes to the NEXT day (the day that it finished).

I have not bothered to check whether this is correct or not.

But when I did my marathon's there were a couple of days in there where I felt like my points total was short. This could very easily have been explained by several 9 and 10pm tourneys be credited to the next day (when I expected them to go to the day that they started).


On the web-page it says that it has to be 9+1's or higher.
so keep that in mind (it would appear that you get zero points for 5+1's or 1+0's for example).
