25/50NL Three Handed Hand on UB

I have 5k in front of me. I have pocket aces in the small blind, the button, is a tricky, tough player, and has me covered. He raises to 175. I re-raise the pot (to 525 or so). He calls. The flop comes

7-9-T rainbow

I lead out for a bit less than the pot. He calls. The next card off is a 3. I move in (about 3K more). He calls ... with J8.

Question is: is there any way not to go broke on this hand?

ALLIN PREFLOP would do it, as to this hand, nothing you can do really...you should be happy villain puts in 10% of stack with J8 though I'm pretty sure

Yup. He crushed me. I actually lost 10K to him with AA. Once he had Q8 and once had had J8!
