Explorer Refresh

My question is designed specifically for use with 2+2. I hope this is the right forum.

Does anyone know of a setting or plug-in that allows Internet Explorer to auto-refresh itself after a certain perioud of time?

I don't know of any for IE.

However, there is a refresh extension for Firefox.
