Default is 25/50 limit even worth playing?

i sat at a limit 25/50 table for an hour, played tight and lost 25 bucks. As I played I saw some of the most garbage hands taken all the way to the river and win. I saw A9o enter a capped pot preflop, hit a 9 on the turn and an A on the river, calling at least 2 bets on the flop and turn. I have seen 57o, A7o, K4s, 106s, etc. played in early position. I watched almost everyone at the table call with al;most anything all the way to the river. I just had AA cracked by 66 in a heads up pot that was capped before the flop. I played very tight before the flop, watched just about everyone at the table cold-calling with anything preflop and come out ahead. After an hour I got fed up with it and left, because I refused to re-buy into that kind of loose action. So I pose this question: Is it even worth the headache to even try to play 25/50 limit? What

Nothing, just keep playing solid hands and value bet them you'll be fine. This belongs in the Micro forum though.

The reflexive inhaling and exhaling you are doing with your abdomen. If you just stop that for about 5 minutes everyone will be better off.

Umm...your post sucks. Take it to micro, or better yet, the search engine.

You probably are not nearly good enough to play 25/50 if you think that type of game condition is a bad thing.

Unless you are talking about .25/.50 and are posting in the wrong forum... in that case .25/.50 is good for you and you need to study Small Stakes Hold'em by Miller, Sklanksy, and Malmuth.
