LOL. So now we have proof that you can still have fold equity with 1.29xBB (3-handed no less!!) I wonder what BB had?

Saw this one last night. Folding must be the new raising.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (10 handed)

saw flop|saw showdown

UTG (t830)
UTG+1 (t395)
UTG+2 (t1580)
MP1 (t505)
MP2 (t770)
MP3 (t700)
CO (t1125)
Button (t525)
SB (t825)
Hero (t745)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises to t375, UTG+1 calls t375, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, Hero folds.

Flop: (t795) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets t30, UTG+1 folds.

Final Pot: t825
Main Pot: t795 (t795), won by UTG.
Pot 2: t30 (t30), returned to UTG.

Results in white below:
No showdown. UTG wins t825.

I suppose he was only getting 41:1, so it's not quite as bad as yours.

Ah the 'ole call 95% of your stack preflop then fold to a minbet that puts you all in.

This happened with me the other day at 100/200 4 handed on the bubble. I had t219 in the SB and open pushed with 92o against BB's huge stack with no other short stacks. To my amazement he folded. Probably a multi-tabling error that cost him the tourney as I went on to win after building up a stack by pushing the next 4 hands getting two folds and two contested pots (I had Ax on 2nd push and AA the final push).
