If part of your justification for calling a turn raise with king high is that your hand is good, then you must call the river. If you think that you are very likely behind on the turn if raised, then fold. I would fold to a turn check-raise against 99%. Betting accomplishes very little here. The maniac will not fold, you have no reason to put money into the pot, and most importantly it leaves you open for a check-raise. Take the free card.
