Default The dreaded ATo scenerios

Here are a couple of scenerios that give me troubles when playing ATo.

Assume for these examples you are playing 1/2 with fairly passive table. Borderline loosish ~ 30% seeing flop. An early position raise will win blinds about 25% of the time.

1. Hero is dealt ATo UTG. Heros line?

2. Hero is dealt ATo in MP2, folded to Hero. Hero raises. Only tightish (22%)/passive player on button calls.
Flop is AKK rainbow. Hero bets. Villian calls.
Whats Heros line for the rest of hand assuming 2 low cards fall.

3. Hero is dealt ATo on the button. 3 callers. Heros line?

4. Hero is dealt ATo in BB. Folded to MP player who raises. Everyone folds to Hero. Heros line?

5. Hero is dealt ATo in SB. BB is weak and will not defend without a good hand. Folded to Button - a somewhat tight but passive player 19/4 - who raises. Heros line?

6. Hero is dealt ATo on the button. Folded to CO - a 30/5/.8 type of player - who calls. Hero raises. Blinds folds. CO Calls. Flop is 8 high, two suited not matching hero. CO leads out. Heros line?

Here is what I do

1. Fold. Its not a strong enough hand and anybody who calls/raises will have better hand.

2. Continue betting until villian plays back.

3. Call. I dont think ATo wins enough against 3-5 players to have a equity edge here and frequently at a passive table I am actually dominated by a weak AJ/AQ player.

4. Fold. I am a weak blind player.

5. Fold - see point 4. I dont wanna 3-bet a tight player knowing I am OOP.

6. Raise. I would like a free card turn but am probably behind to a low pair and possibly reverse dominated. This is also the last money I want to put into this pot UI, however inevidetly I will bet the turn if checked too.
