Default playing too much from SB?

over 3200 hands exactly my vpip from button to SB goes about 20, 19, 17, 15, 12, 28. the SB is also the only spot i'm losing money from in net amount as well. is this normal? should i be folding here more and completing less?

Default Sample Size Police

Over my last 3500 hands, i am running at +.13 bb/100 from the SB. I am also running at an overall +13.84 bb/100. I know, unsolicited brag post.

Conclusion: 3k hands is absolutely nothing and will reveal nothing about your long term play.

FWIW, my VPIP from Sb is usually around my overall VPIP at 3/6

Edit - by your numbers, you're way too tight though, what's the overall VPIP come out to be?

You shouldn't be winning money from the BB. 3200 hands is like a fart in the wind for sample size.

Your net win is probably equal to winning a huge pot with a set/flush from the BB. I think VPIP of 28% in SB is actually kinda low, read stats FAQ for more info though.

overall is 18.78. but if you say the sample size isn't big enough, i guess that doesn't matter either.

this is only 500 hands from each position, which is a tiny sample

BB/100 doesn't matter. But i think u are too tight, especially from LP. VPIP does converge fairly quickly, but win rate doesn't.

so should i be raising/betting more from Button and CO? one thing i've found is that there is usually a lot of bettors before me. am i looking in those spots to do more value raises, or instead calling marginal hands that have multiway value?
